Educational Motion Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for educational videos, presentations, and online courses
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to translate educational objectives into compelling visuals
• Create storyboards and visual treatment plans to outline animation sequences
• Use animation software to develop eye-catching graphics that enhance the learning experience
• Incorporate feedback from team members to iterate and refine designs
• Stay current with trends in motion graphics and educational technology
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and production schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies
• Ability to create engaging narratives that simplify complex concepts
• Knowledge of audio editing and graphic design
• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design
