About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate high-quality professional development and on-site product training for teachers and school administrators
- Provide tailored instructional support, including lesson planning, pacing, and data analysis application
- Help educators effectively implement i-Ready and other ELA/Reading programs to impact classroom learning
- Coordinate with school leaders to identify implementation successes and challenges
- Track and submit detailed training notes and complete all assignments in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional image while working with customers and prospects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience teaching ELA or Reading
- Experience coaching teachers and delivering professional development
- Strong working knowledge of Common Core State Standards for ELA or Reading (Grades K–8)
- Proficiency with digital assessment tools and the ability to discuss and apply data
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays within New England, PA, and WV
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in ELA or Reading
- Experience with principles of adult learning
