Educational Consultant

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality professional development and on-site product training for teachers and school administrators
• Provide tailored support to educators, including lesson planning, pacing, and data analysis to improve instruction
• Become an expert on company diagnostic and instructional programs, including i-Ready
• Help school leaders identify evidence of implementation successes and challenges
• Track and submit detailed training notes and complete all assignments in a timely manner
• Engage in a continuous cycle of professional improvement through observation and coaching

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, or providing professional development
• Strong working knowledge of K-8 State Standards for ELA and Mathematics
• Proficiency with digital assessment tools and the ability to discuss and apply data with leaders
• Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays and potential out-of-state travel
