Education Tech Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage three tech communities: QA, DevOps, and Analytics
• Plan and implement regular community meetings, chat content, and engagement activities
• Execute educational projects such as mentorship programs, hackathons, and intensives
• Analyze business requests to design and propose new educational project concepts
• Support operational processes for the community and the broader internal education department
• Communicate with project stakeholders, including participants, speakers, and partners
• Improve existing educational formats and introduce innovative learning solutions

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in coordinating educational projects, products, or communities (experience in student or public organizations is also relevant)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for interacting with people
• Ability to self-organize, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Proactive and initiative-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of the QA, DevOps, and Analytics domains
• Strong ability to search for, analyze, and systematize information
• A strong desire to grow professionally within the Learning & Development (L&D) field
