Education Specialist, Mathematics

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized Professional Development (PD) journeys and coaching plans for schools and teachers
• Coach teachers in real classrooms through observations, live modeling, and feedback cycles
• Lead hands-on, math-focused PD sessions and workshops rooted in real classroom practice
• Act as a trusted thought partner to educators to help shift instruction toward thinking classrooms
• Build a strong community of math educators across your assigned region
• Partner with schools and districts to ensure successful adoption and long-term success
• Travel 30–50% of the time to visit schools and classrooms

Requirements

• Strong training in mathematics and teaching
• Experience as a math teacher in an elementary school setting
• Expertise in building meaningful relationships with district-level administrators
• Exceptional educator-to-educator communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate early-stage ambiguity
• Willingness to travel 30–50% to support schools and districts

Benefits

• Base salary of $90K - $100K with uncapped On Target Earnings (OTE) of $130K
