Education Research, Financial Aid Optimization Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support project work streams using analytic tools and innovative modeling to implement data-driven financial aid strategies.
• Collaborate with client staff and senior engagement teams to provide meaningful analysis that informs institutional decision-making.
• Utilize established methodologies and econometric tools to address complex enrollment and financial sustainability challenges.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining keen attention to detail.

Requirements

• Current U.S. work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical reasoning skills and proficiency in Excel or other analytic tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial aid, admissions, enrollment management, or institutional research.
• Familiarity with statistical tools or programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
• Comfort using emerging AI tools to improve efficiency and strengthen analysis.
