About the role
Responsibilities
- Support project work streams using analytic tools and innovative modeling to implement data-driven financial aid strategies.
- Collaborate with client staff and senior engagement teams to provide meaningful analysis that informs institutional decision-making.
- Utilize established methodologies and econometric tools to address complex enrollment and financial sustainability challenges.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining keen attention to detail.
Requirements
- Current U.S. work authorization.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical reasoning skills and proficiency in Excel or other analytic tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial aid, admissions, enrollment management, or institutional research.
- Familiarity with statistical tools or programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Comfort using emerging AI tools to improve efficiency and strengthen analysis.
