Education Research, Consulting Associate, Clinical Research

Responsibilities

• Support current-state assessments of clinical research operations, workflows, and pain points
• Document current state and design future state business processes
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and synthesize findings into client-ready deliverables
• Gather and analyze data related to study start-up, regulatory, financial, and operational processes
• Assist with projects related to study activation, regulatory management, and research finance
• Support CTMS, eRegulatory, and related research system optimization or implementation efforts
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and action items
• Participate in building SOPs, job aids, and training materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in clinical research or research administration
• Working knowledge of study start-up, IRB processes, and clinical trial operations
• Experience using CTMS and/or eRegulatory systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated career progression within clinical research roles
• Experience working within academic medical centers or large health systems
• Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas or a diverse portfolio of clinical trials
