Responsibilities
- Support employee self-development programs, including eligibility reviews and settlement processing
- Manage course completion records and support the refund process for educational expenses
- Assist in the preparation and operation of company-wide training courses (job-specific, leadership, etc.)
- Create educational guidance materials and support the production of training supplies
- Handle expense processing and settlements related to training operations
- Manage the educational platform and inspect video content
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher (any major)
- Proficiency in Office Automation (OA) tools
- Strong communication skills and a positive mindset
- High sense of responsibility and a diligent work attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SAP
- Experience using AI tools such as Canva
