Education - Orientation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver new hire onboarding and orientation programs for all employees.
• Facilitate classroom and computer-based learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Ensure all electronic and required new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the training facility, including room reservations, setup, and inventory management.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and communications with Recruiting, Human Resources, and hiring managers.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment by overseeing facility organization and ordering necessary supplies.
• Utilize HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support training, reporting, and employee record management.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in program coordination, employee onboarding, or event management.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and evaluating orientation or training programs.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for delivering professional presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using scheduling or learning management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and logistics simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience with adult learning methodologies and facilitation techniques.
