Education Growth & Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with schools, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams within the UAE education sector.
• Drive B2B and B2C growth initiatives across tutoring, counseling, and language training programs.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead generation.
• Represent MindBase at education events, networking forums, school activations, and industry conferences.
• Coordinate educational workshops, webinars, and seminars to increase brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging educational trends.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or education sales.
• Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales pipeline management.
• Experience working with educational institutions, schools, or universities.
• UAE/GCC market experience is highly preferred.
• Multilingual capabilities (Arabic & English) are a plus.
