Education Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage three Non-tech Communities: Design, Marketing, and Content.
• Plan and implement regular community meetings and manage chat content.
• Execute educational projects such as mentorship programs, hackathons, and intensives.
• Analyze business requests to create concepts for new educational projects.
• Support operational processes for the community and the broader internal education department.
• Communicate with project stakeholders, including participants, speakers, and partners.
• Improve existing educational formats and introduce new learning solutions.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in organizing or coordinating educational projects, products, or communities (experience in student or public organizations is also relevant).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for interacting with people.
• Ability to organize work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
• Ability to search for, analyze, and systematize information.
• Basic understanding of the Design, Marketing, and Content domains.
• A strong desire to grow within the Learning & Development (L&D) field.
