About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of SEED educational programming, workshops, and webinars
- Manage participant registration, scheduling, and communications for educational programs
- Support the development and continuous improvement of curricula and learning materials
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, including room bookings and audiovisual requirements
- Maintain educational resources, online learning platforms, and the SEED website
- Develop newsletters and promotional materials to support program engagement
- Develop and maintain systems for tracking participation and program outcomes
- Coordinate program evaluation activities, including surveys and data collection
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with researchers, clinicians, and community partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, health sciences, social sciences, public health, or a related discipline
- Minimum five years of experience coordinating education, research, healthcare, or professional development programs
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a complex environment
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
- Experience with program evaluation and data collection
- Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with curriculum development or instructional design
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with website maintenance or digital communications
