Education Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of SEED educational programming, workshops, and webinars
• Manage participant registration, scheduling, and communications for educational programs
• Support the development and continuous improvement of curricula and learning materials
• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, including room bookings and audiovisual requirements
• Maintain educational resources, online learning platforms, and the SEED website
• Develop newsletters and promotional materials to support program engagement
• Develop and maintain systems for tracking participation and program outcomes
• Coordinate program evaluation activities, including surveys and data collection
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with researchers, clinicians, and community partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, health sciences, social sciences, public health, or a related discipline
• Minimum five years of experience coordinating education, research, healthcare, or professional development programs
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a complex environment
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
• Experience with program evaluation and data collection
• Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with curriculum development or instructional design
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience with website maintenance or digital communications
