About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of SEED educational programming, including workshops, webinars, and communities of practice
- Manage participant registration, scheduling, communications, and administrative logistics for all educational initiatives
- Support the development and continuous improvement of curricula, educational resources, and learning materials
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, including room bookings, audiovisual requirements, and accessibility supports
- Maintain educational resources, online learning platforms, and the SEED website
- Develop newsletters and promotional materials to support program engagement and knowledge sharing
- Manage program evaluation activities, including surveys, data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with researchers, clinicians, community partners, and external organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, health sciences, social sciences, public health, or a related discipline
- Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience coordinating education, research, healthcare, or professional development programs
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a complex environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other digital collaboration tools
- Experience with program evaluation, data collection, and reporting
- Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with curriculum development or instructional design
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with website maintenance or digital communications
