About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage setup, maintenance, and compliance of third-party sponsorship contracts and invoicing processes
  • Provide comprehensive financial counseling to students regarding tuition, aid, payment plans, and scholarships
  • Reconcile third-party organizational accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Oversee flight program invoicing and administer payments for military and corporate sponsors
  • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations
  • Generate financial reports on sponsorship activity, outstanding balances, and account trends
  • Support student success by resolving complex billing issues and managing graduation clearance holds

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience (Bachelor's degree strongly preferred)
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment
