About the Company
Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 5,000 campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director in affiliate engagement, strategic partnerships, and benefit development
- Manage operations and systems including tracking applications and the onboarding process
- Maintain ongoing communication with affiliates to encourage participation
- Coordinate webinars, affiliate events, and communication platforms
- Build connection groups and foster relationships with curriculum providers and educational partners
- Improve system workflows that support the Academy's operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, MA preferred
- 3-5+ years of professional work experience
- Prior experience working in a school and/or education setting
- Ability to embrace and champion the mission of classical education and worldview
- Ability to complete tasks without constant supervision
- Ability to sit, stand, and safely lift up to 15 lbs
- Availability to perform job duties in-office as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hosting large-scale events
- Experience managing a small board or leading a team
- Proficiency with CRM systems, communication platforms, and social media tools
- Expertise in Google Drive Suite
