Education and Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement all aspects of Keshet’s Education & Training work in the New England region
• Facilitate LGBTQ+ inclusion trainings, workshops, and consultations for Jewish institutions and professionals
• Develop region-specific training content reflecting the unique needs of the New England community
• Implement annual New England cohorts of Shivyon: Keshet’s Equality Project
• Build and maintain relationships with Jewish organizations, clergy, and communal leaders
• Manage Keshet’s participation in the Boston Pride Parade & Festival, including logistics and volunteer coordination
• Collaborate with national Keshet staff to advance shared strategic priorities

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Jewish communal organizations, diversity, education, or related fields
• Experience facilitating interactive LGBTQ+ inclusion trainings for professionals
• Extensive knowledge of LGBTQ+ identities and their intersections with Jewish identity
• Experience with institutional diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the New England area
• Proficiency with technology and data management (CRM experience is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant knowledge of Jewish tradition, identity, and experience
• Experience facilitating educational programming in online environments
