About the Company

Since 2014, L’École des XV works to offer children from sensitive neighborhoods the same chances of success as everyone else. Our program combines academic support with sports practice, specifically rugby, to foster values of respect, engagement, and solidarity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead rugby sessions for children aged 10 to 15
• Design training cycles and varied, progressive sports sessions
• Use rugby as a pedagogical tool to transmit values of discipline and mutual aid
• Develop motor, physical, and collective skills in children
• Ensure participant safety during sports activities
• Participate in organizing sporting events, tournaments, and holiday camps
• Contribute to educational support, including homework help and individual follow-ups
• Maintain regular contact with families, schools, and partners

Requirements

• DEJEPS Rugby diploma
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• At least 4 years of experience working with similar audiences
• Sensitivity to the social sector
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork
