Responsibilities

• Organize and manage social time and provide support to the team during homework assistance
• Manage family relations, including engagement interviews, registration, and conflict management
• Coordinate with partners such as middle schools and social services
• Supervise and support educational development, including behavior monitoring and conflict prevention
• Participate in pedagogical activities, homework help, and daily educational actions
• Identify and intervene in cases of difficulty or problematic behavior

Requirements

• DEES (Diplôme d’État d’Éducateur Spécialisé) or DEME (Moniteur-Éducateur) degree
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• At least 2 years of experience with a similar audience
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

• Indicative salary between 25,000 and 27,000 euros gross monthly
