Responsibilities

• Manage social time and support the team during homework assistance sessions
• Organize engagement and registration interviews and maintain links with parents
• Coordinate with middle schools and social partners, including participating in class councils
• Supervise youth behavior, prevent and manage conflicts, and support personal development
• Participate in pedagogical activities such as homework help and daily educational actions
• Identify and intervene in cases of difficulty or problematic behavior

Requirements

• State diploma as a Specialized Educator (DEES) or Moniteur-Éducateur (DEME)
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• At least 2 years of experience with a similar audience
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

Benefits

• Indicative salary between 25,000 and 26,000 euros gross monthly
• Bonus and 13 days of RTT
