Educateur Spécialisé

Responsibilities

• Manage social time and support the team during homework assistance
• Organize family engagement and registration interviews
• Maintain links with parents and manage conflict situations
• Collaborate with middle schools and social partners
• Participate in class councils and monitor students' academic and social progress
• Supervise youth behavior and manage conflicts
• Support personal development and participate in daily educational activities
• Identify and intervene in cases of difficulty or problematic behavior

Requirements

• State diploma as a Specialized Educator (DEES) or Educator Monitor (DEME)
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• At least 2 years of experience with a similar audience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

Benefits

• Indicative salary between 25,000 and 26,000 euros gross per year
• Bonus and 13 days of RTT
