About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of Electrical Distribution System (EDS) deliverables for vehicle programs
- Ensure consistency across schematic, logical, and physical harness data
- Lead configuration management and milestone tracking
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality EDS solutions
- Support prototype builds (virtual and physical) and resolve packaging or integration issues
- Work within an Agile framework using Scrum and JIRA to manage backlog and priorities
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in EDS or harness design
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 or 3DExperience
- Strong knowledge of automotive standards and Engineering Change Request (ECR) processes
- Experience working within an Agile framework
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
