EDS Engineering Design Responsible

Responsibilities

• Prepare manufacturing design by creating industrial 2D drawings and relevant deliveries
• Manage engineering change processes, including ECR and ECO processing for new drawings
• Analyze design change requests according to internal and customer specifications
• Identify, catalog, and analyze product documents, standards, and specifications
• Support technical problem-solving through claim management analysis (8D, 5 Whys)
• Perform splice and DC matrix analysis and identify new crimping combinations
• Support cost reduction activities through VA/VE and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis
• Communicate with CSC and support production plants with technical requests
• Comply with all company processes, hygiene, and safety rules

Requirements

• Engineering or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, a technical field, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of professional experience or relevant internships in a similar area
• Fluent proficiency in both English and French
