EDM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Follow defined change governance procedures with guidance
• Complete CAB Impact Assessments with support from senior colleagues
• Maintain client-specific and generic support documentation
• Apply onboarding, change, and operational procedures in line with the Transition Framework
• Triage and deliver low- to mid-complexity change requests independently
• Support the handover from Change to Operations for onboardings and significant client changes
• Investigate escalated issues and propose solutions for review
• Assist with RCAs, service performance updates, and preparation for Client Experience meetings
• Develop knowledge of Rimes tools, workflows, and data processes
• Maintain regular client communication for assigned responsibilities

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a technical or data-related background, or early-career experience in EDM Services
• Curious, proactive, and eager to expand knowledge in financial data and workflows
• Comfortable analyzing problems and following structured processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior team members and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and visualization
• Interest in equity and fixed-income indices, ESG data, ratings, and corporate actions
