Editorial Team Lead - Agriculture

Responsibilities

• Own the daily publication of Black Sea grain and oilseed price assessments
• Ensure all assessments are produced to IOSCO-compliant standards
• Lead and mentor a team of price reporters
• Drive production of original, forward-looking market content
• Engage with market participants via calls, meetings, and conferences to drive price adoption
• Identify opportunities for new price launches and coverage expansion
• Maintain editorial integrity and compliance with PRA standards

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Black Sea and European grains and oilseeds markets
• Experience in price reporting or commodity market journalism
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Familiarity with IOSCO principles
• Ability to coordinate and support a small team
• Experience engaging with senior-level traders and exporters
• Prior team leadership or line management experience in a PRA, media, or commodity trading environment
• Language skills in Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian, or Bulgarian are a meaningful advantage
