Editorial Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the production of multi-platform coverage for CNBC Cures, ensuring seamless coordination across digital, video, and audio formats.
• Collaborate with editors and producers to source soundbites, produce interview edits, and develop podcast and vodcast programming.
• Build guest and reporter segments using iNews and CNBC’s in-house production systems.
• Create graphics and coordinate with the graphics department to ensure timely and accurate visual elements.
• Conduct research to support stories, segments, and broader editorial initiatives.
• Perform basic script writing and contribute to online articles and the weekly newsletter.
• Clip live interviews for use as digital video content across various platforms.
• Drive viewer and reader engagement through thoughtful content packaging and social media distribution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in editorial or production roles.
• Demonstrated experience or interest in social media writing, producing, editing, and cross-platform strategy.
• Experience with podcast and vodcast production formats.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with business leaders and community members.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to perform well in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
