Editorial Photo Retoucher

Responsibilities

• Retouch and upload product photography images
• Manipulate, adjust, and swap colors on products while maintaining natural texture and lighting integrity
• Create multiple color variants of single product images for promotional use
• Match product images to physical color samples and style guides
• Maintain digital asset file and structure organization
• Retouch high-volume fashion imagery for Campaign, Social, and Homepage content
• Perform color correction and cinematic grading
• Ensure color consistency between image assets and perform quality assurance
• Meet daily and weekly production deadlines

Requirements

• Two plus years of experience as a Photo Retoucher in a studio environment
• Proven experience in photo retouching and color manipulation with a strong portfolio
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of color theory and creative color grading
• Knowledge of studio photography, lighting practices, and photographic vocabulary
• BA degree in Photography or equivalent work experience
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to retouching

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Fashion eCommerce industry
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
