About the Company

Éditions CEC is a major educational publisher ranging from primary to university levels. We publish works for all disciplines taught in Quebec, as well as French as a second language and immersion for other Canadian provinces and territories.

Responsibilities

• Lead editorial projects from definition to final delivery
• Analyze market needs and Ministry of Education programs
• Define project conceptualization and guide authors
• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams including authors, consultants, and editors
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with marketing, research, and sales teams
• Maintain strategic relationships within the school environment

Requirements

• University degree in education sciences, publishing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mathematics and science
• Excellent mastery of written and spoken French
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage complex projects
