Responsibilities

• Lead Aftonbladet's development, innovation, and AI journey
• Drive development and innovation in close collaboration with editorial, product, technology, data, and business teams
• Lead the editorial development team
• Translate new technology into better journalism and new opportunities
• Act as a member of the management group reporting to the publisher

Requirements

• Experience leading development, innovation, or transformation work
• Documented experience with AI and digital development in an editorial environment
• Experience in personnel management and building high-performing teams
• Understanding of the interplay between journalism, technology, and business
• Strategic leadership skills with strong execution capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a management group
