Editorial and Digital Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy an ambitious editorial strategy for both internal and external channels
• Create engaging multimedia content, including brand copy for social media, intranets, blogs, and newsletters
• Produce, film, and edit video content (Reels, Shorts) optimized for social media trends
• Manage and animate social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Optimize digital content using SEO best practices to enhance online visibility
• Analyze social media performance and implement "test & learn" recommendations
• Coordinate with various internal departments to collect strategic information and highlight company initiatives

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Communication, Journalism, or Digital Marketing
• 3-5 years of solid experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Capcut, etc.)
• Strong graphic design skills with mastery of Canva
• Excellent writing skills with a strong sense of storytelling
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong "social-first" culture with deep knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram trends
• Ability to work autonomously and with high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
