Editorial and Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end editorial process for the bi-monthly print magazine, The Flow Trip, from concept to print
• Write 4–5 features per issue and contribute original voice to the brand's content ecosystem
• Manage printing relationships, production schedules, and vendor quality control
• Write three weekly newsletters for Afternoon Delight, maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Lead organic content planning and manage content calendars across social, marketing, and web channels
• Oversee day-to-day operations for The Flow Print Shop, including inventory and fulfillment coordination
• Support partnership outreach, deliverable coordination, and annual programs like the Flow Photo Contest

Requirements

• Proven experience in editorial, content management, and project management roles
• Strong writing portfolio featuring long-form features, newsletters, or brand storytelling
• Direct experience managing print production and working with professional printers
• Proficiency with newsletter platforms and project management tools
• Experience with basic e-commerce workflows, ideally using Shopify
• Ability to manage complex timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
