Editor & Producer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Services team to develop innovative concepts and strategies for on-air, digital, and social media content.
• Manage the entire production lifecycle from brainstorming and script drafting to casting, directing, and post-production.
• Lead video and audio production, writing, and editing functions for TV, radio, and client projects.
• Operate professional equipment including Sony AR7ii and FX6 cameras, lighting rigs, and audio recorders.
• Edit short and long-form content using Adobe Premiere and design visual graphics using After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ensure all content meets brand standards, style guidelines, and strict production deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Media Production, or a related field, or 5+ years of professional experience in video production and editing.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive expertise in videography, lighting, and end-to-end storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition).
• Hands-on experience with Sony AR7ii and FX6 cameras, TASCAM audio recorders, and various lighting and stabilization equipment.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
