Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and management of Time Out Dubai across digital, print, video, social, and the Time Out DXB airport monthly.
• Manage, motivate, and mentor the editorial team while collaborating with Group Editors and commercial teams.
• Drive audience growth targets on digital and social platforms through strategic content planning.
• Set the editorial calendar and lead the ideation of creative covers for print products.
• Edit, proof, and publish daily digital content ensuring it is on-brand, SEO-optimized, and meets legal guidelines.
• Lead annual awards processes and seasonal event calendars in partnership with the Group Food Editor.
• Commission and manage internal and external creators, including writers, photographers, and videographers, to deliver content on time and budget.
• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a robust network of local contacts and identifying emerging trends.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional editorial experience.
• Proven experience managing content across multiple platforms (digital, social, print, and video).
• Strong proficiency in web analytics software such as GA4 or Chartbeat.
• Excellent understanding of SEO best practices and search optimization.
• Ability to produce flawless, high-personality editorial copy.
• Fluency in English with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
