About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete a three-year entry-level program consisting of at least three technical rotational assignments
- Work in various technology positions to design and implement products for Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwashers, Air Conditioning, and Washers & Dryers
- Develop technical problem-solving skills through advanced engineering coursework, formal reports, and presentations to senior leadership
- Obtain a Master’s Degree in Engineering through company-paid, on-site customized classes in partnership with a local university
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or better in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to attend on-site classes for the required Master's degree
- Ability to work on-site in Louisville, KY
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills and understanding of electrical schematics and symbols
- Competence in using electronic tools such as soldering irons and multimeters
- Completed two or more co-op or intern experiences prior to graduation
- Strong work ethic and a desire for continuous learning
