About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete a three-year entry-level program consisting of at least three technical rotational assignments
  • Work in various technology positions to design and implement products for Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwashers, Air Conditioning, and Washers & Dryers
  • Develop technical problem-solving skills through advanced engineering coursework, formal reports, and presentations to senior leadership
  • Obtain a Master’s Degree in Engineering through company-paid, on-site customized classes in partnership with a local university

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or better in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0)
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to attend on-site classes for the required Master's degree
  • Ability to work on-site in Louisville, KY

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills and understanding of electrical schematics and symbols
  • Competence in using electronic tools such as soldering irons and multimeters
  • Completed two or more co-op or intern experiences prior to graduation
  • Strong work ethic and a desire for continuous learning
