Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to analyze short and long-range business and technical requirements
- Organize, analyze, and control the activities of the project team
- Request necessary personnel for various teams and manage code releases effectively
- Prepare activity and progress reports for management
- Track and report development status including schedule, budget, milestones, metrics, risks, and issues
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 8+ years in systems analysis and application program development
- 3+ years in a direct supervisory or management position
- Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and development technology alternatives
- Extensive experience in Healthcare, EDI, and Claims Processing
- Ability to lead large-scale or multiple smaller projects
