About the role
Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts within the Public Sector.
- Manage the entire end-to-end sales process, focusing on new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop territory and vertical go-to-market strategies through research and identification of qualified target accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline via cold calling, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
- Position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with internal resources including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners to drive deals.
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data within the Salesforce system and provide reliable monthly forecasting.
Requirements
- Extensive experience selling enterprise software solutions within a major software vendor.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding net direct new business sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility at all levels, including CxO.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Strong professional tenure with previous employers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CRM application sales.
- Specific experience within the Public Sector or vertical industry sectors.
