About the role

Responsibilities

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts within the Public Sector.
  • Manage the entire end-to-end sales process, focusing on new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
  • Develop territory and vertical go-to-market strategies through research and identification of qualified target accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline via cold calling, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
  • Position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal resources including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners to drive deals.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data within the Salesforce system and provide reliable monthly forecasting.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience selling enterprise software solutions within a major software vendor.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding net direct new business sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility at all levels, including CxO.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Strong professional tenure with previous employers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CRM application sales.
  • Specific experience within the Public Sector or vertical industry sectors.
