Ecosystem Researcher

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on Mantle, its partners, and broader crypto, AI, and financial markets.
• Identify emerging trends in RWA, prediction markets, and on-chain activity to inform strategic positioning.
• Produce high-quality, narrative-driven research and content tailored for crypto-native audiences and institutional partners.
• Represent Mantle at industry events, conferences, and meetups to engage founders, builders, and researchers.
• Support small-scale activations such as roundtables, research salons, and community events.
• Leverage local and digital networks to expand Mantle’s presence in high-signal communities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in crypto, Web3, or tech ecosystems (research, marketing, or growth).
• Strong understanding of emerging narratives including RWA and AI.
• Proven ability to conduct research and translate complex insights into clear, engaging written content.
• Comfortable engaging in both online and offline environments, including in-person networking.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with founders and ecosystem participants.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Self-directed and reliable in a fast-paced, part-time, distributed environment.
