eContent & Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop eContent strategy to drive engagement and maximize conversion for iconic consumer brands
• Localize global brand content to meet specific market and customer needs
• Evolve personalized online shopping experiences and create engaging A+ and Premium content
• Deploy innovative digital tools, including AI-driven product recommendations and AR virtual try-ons
• Identify eContent gaps at country and platform levels, collaborating with eCommerce leads and agencies to close them
• Manage and update content management systems and seasonal content calendars
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful new product launches (NPIs) and promotions
• Review and optimize content performance based on analytics data and customer feedback

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in visual or written content creation
• Previous experience working within a multinational agency or an FMCG company
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, and geographically dispersed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in design management
• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, art, design, or a related field
• Highly creative digital mindset
• Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work as a collaborative team player
