Economics Teacher (CAIE)

Responsibilities

• Deliver the required CAIE curriculum, demonstrating accurate and up-to-date subject matter knowledge.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons designed to motivate students and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive records, including curriculum plans, attendance, teaching resources, and assessment plans.
• Assess, record, and report on the academic development and progress of students to ensure individual needs are met.
• Promote the general progress and well-being of students and provide guidance on educational matters.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Commerce (Distance and Open University degrees are not accepted).
• Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience specifically within the IGCSE curriculum.
• Strong IT skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage classroom environments and utilize appropriate teaching materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience within the UAE.
