Responsibilities
- Teach a range of economics courses
- Prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments
- Assess student progress through grading assignments, papers, and exams
- Advise students on course selection and academic goals
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects or theses
- Invigilate examinations and perform general administrative tasks related to quality assurance
Requirements
- Minimum of a Master's degree in a related field
- PhD degree in a related field is desirable
- Experience teaching at the undergraduate level (for Master's holders) or undergraduate and postgraduate levels (for PhD holders)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Knowledge and experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
