Responsibilities
- Participate in the drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts (IT, partnerships, general terms and conditions, logistics, franchise, etc.)
- Participate in the drafting and negotiation of annual agreements
- Validate advertising campaigns on all media
- Participate in the monitoring of litigation (B2B and B2C)
- Manage and update the Legisway database
- Advise company departments on issues related to distribution law, competition, consumer law, and intellectual property
- Draft legal notes and conduct legal monitoring in economic law
Requirements
- Law student (PPI internship) specializing in economic law
- Mandatory mastery of IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in legal databases
- Rigor and strong writing skills
- Eagerness to learn
