About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, control, and secure incoming goods
- Manage stock and supplies, ensuring proper storage and food safety compliance
- Verify qualitative and quantitative conformity of deliveries (weight, freshness, etc.)
- Record and track receptions in the stock management system
- Support ordering processes and follow up on deliveries
- Coordinate with service managers to anticipate needs
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, inventories, and monthly closing
- Monitor food safety standards (temperature checks, expiration dates)
- Manage waste and optimize costs
- Maintain supplier relationships
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency with IT tools (MC, EMC, G Suite, E pack)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a team and maintain discretion
- Punctual and professional attitude
