Responsibilities

• Ensure reception, control, and storage of goods following Group procedures
• Manage stocks and perform regular inventories
• Supply various hotel and beach services based on operational needs
• Control delivery compliance regarding quantity, quality, temperature, and traceability
• Manage administrative follow-up for orders, delivery notes, and stock movements
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and product preservation standards
• Participate in cost optimization and consumption control

Requirements

• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous
• Excellent sense of service and team player
• Proficiency in IT tools and stock management
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in hospitality or catering
