Ecommerce (Shopify), Email & WhatsApp Automation Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full Klaviyo account architecture, including flows, segments, templates, and integrations for multiple brands.
• Build, monitor, and optimize automated email flows such as welcome series, post-purchase, replenishment, and win-back sequences.
• Manage the WhatsApp Business API end-to-end, creating automated sequences for order confirmations, reminders, and promotional broadcasts.
• Utilize Shopify Flow to trigger marketing actions based on customer behavior, loyalty tiers, and subscription events.
• Drive customer retention and lifetime value (LTV) through precision segmentation and structured A/B testing.
• Ensure all communications comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and healthcare-specific regulations (MHRA/ASA).
• Report on channel performance, including revenue attribution, conversion rates, and LTV trends using Klaviyo and GA4.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on CRM and email marketing experience.
• Deep expertise in Shopify Plus, specifically regarding flows, segmentation, and customer data.
• Proven experience building automated email flows and managing WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging platforms.
• Strong understanding of the ecommerce customer lifecycle and subscription management.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable marketing strategies.
• Solid knowledge of GDPR and messaging compliance within regulated industries.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-stakes automation triggers function correctly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online pharmacy, healthcare, or nutraceuticals.
• Familiarity with subscription apps such as ReCharge or Seal Subscriptions.
• Ability to use HTML/CSS to edit or build email templates.
• Experience integrating Klaviyo with third-party loyalty or review platforms.
