Ecommerce Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and online marketplaces
• Create engaging product descriptions, banners, promotional copy, and social media content
• Support the coordination of seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events
• Support on-page SEO efforts including keyword research and product listing optimization
• Monitor and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics
• Assist in managing and updating product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Help manage customer-facing communications including newsletters and promotional emails
• Research competitor activity and market trends to inform marketing strategy

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills with a creative flair for content
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or email marketing tools
• Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Arabic language proficiency
