About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and website product catalogs
- Drive monthly sales targets, revenue scaling, and conversion improvements
- Monitor sales trends, conversion rates, CTR, ACOS, and ROAS
- Track SKU performance, ad performance, and customer behavior
- Coordinate with Meta Ads, Amazon PPC, design, and content teams for promotions and festive campaigns
- Optimize product listings with SEO-optimized titles, A+ content, and infographics
- Monitor inventory levels, stock forecasting, and order processing to prevent stock-outs
- Manage customer ratings, reviews, and query handling to maintain 4+ star ratings
- Lead e-commerce executives, catalog teams, and marketplace operations staff
Requirements
- 4.5+ years of experience in E-commerce management
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Strong understanding of SEO and marketplace optimization
- Experience with performance analysis and MIS reporting
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functionally
