About the role
Responsibilities
- Own UI/UX optimization and conversion performance across multiple Sleek websites
- Optimize landing pages, value propositions, and website copy to improve conversion rates
- Design and iterate on website components to improve engagement and funnel entry
- Run A/B tests and CRO experiments, tracking and acting on measurable results
- Identify and reduce funnel drop-offs and friction points using data and user behavior insights
- Introduce AI-driven funnel experiences to improve user experience and conversion
- Collaborate with Paid Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams on conversion initiatives
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in eCommerce, CRO, Digital Product, or UX-focused growth roles
- Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents
- Hands-on experience improving website UI/UX and designing high-converting page components
- Proficiency with experimentation and analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, or Mixpanel
- Strong understanding of CRO, user behavior, and funnel optimization
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
