Ecommerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall ecommerce operations including product assortment, pricing, and promotions
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and SEO
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
• Lead and mentor the ecommerce team
• Develop and manage budgets for ecommerce initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management
• Proven experience driving online sales and growing ecommerce businesses
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Proficiency with analytics tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
