Ecommerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall ecommerce operations, including product assortment, pricing, and promotions
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to drive optimization
• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive execution
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and SEO
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
• Lead and mentor the ecommerce team through performance management
• Develop and manage budgets for ecommerce initiatives and report on performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management
• Proven track record of driving online sales and growing ecommerce businesses
• Strong proficiency in ecommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
