About the role
Responsibilities
- Take commercial ownership of the NA ecommerce channel and execute strategies to drive sales and conversion
- Drive the commercial calendar in partnership with Merchandising and Marketing
- Track and monitor performance across online sales channels using SFCC and Google Analytics
- Own the website content calendar and lead the online merchandising strategy for the region
- Manage site optimization, A/B testing, and CRO programs
- Manage third-party partners including web development and SEO agencies
- Lead and build an effective team of two direct reports
Requirements
- 6+ years in e-commerce
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Experience with GA4 or other web analytic tools
- Experience using Jira and Monday.com
- Proven experience managing third-party agencies
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
