eCommerce Logistic/Fulfillment Manager

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate daily pick, pack, and ship workflows to ensure accurate and timely customer orders
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock organization, and inbound receiving
• Assist in training and onboarding new fulfillment team members
• Maintain quality control across the packing process to minimize mistakes and returns
• Communicate order progress, bottlenecks, and operational issues to the leadership team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
• Monitor core productivity metrics and propose process improvements
• Assist with manual packing during peak volume periods

Requirements

• On-site presence at the Monterrey, MX facility
• Fluency in Spanish and conversational English
• 2+ years in eCommerce fulfillment, warehousing, or light manufacturing preferred
• Proficiency with computers, scanners, inventory tools, spreadsheets, and ERP platforms
• High attention to detail and personal accountability
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift packages
• Ability to work 50+ hour workweeks as a regular cadence
